Isosugars

Isosugar is a high-fructose syrup obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis, purification and condensation of corn starch. An aqueous solution of glucose, fructose and higher sugars depending on the type. Isosugar is a high-calorie sugar syrup that is perfectly suitable for replacing granulated sugar. Isosugar is a 100 percent natural sweetener.

Corn-based, less sweet, glucose-fructose syrup for use in the food industry. Fructose-glucose syrup made by processing wet ground corn, produced by hydrolysis of starch.
