Sodium bicarbonate

Also known as baking soda. It dissolves well in water and has a slightly alkaline chemical effect. It is primarily used as a bulking agent in baking powders. Sodium carbonates are decomposed by acid, releasing carbon dioxide. As a result of this phenomenon, they can increase the volume of the dough, for example, making it looser. It is environmentally friendly and versatile.

Vital Gluten

The gluten is made up sikér of two proteins, the gliadin and the glutenin , a mixture of water-insoluble amino acids. Cream-colored, taste and smell similar to wheat flour.

The wheat, the rye and the barley seeds in its endosperm can be found with starch aswell. Gliadin and glutenin contribute to the protein content of wheat grains. makes up 80%. Since they do not dissolve in water, they can be cleaned by washing out the starch.

Talc

Talc crystals are soft, greasy in nature, easy to grind and insoluble. The human body is unable to absorb and utilize talc, so it is excreted unchanged from the body. Greasy to the touch, water repellent material, good electrical insulator, white color, odorless. It has good absorbent capacity, which is why it is popularly used in the cosmetics industry. In powdered foods, it prevents food particles from sticking to each other, so the food industry mainly uses it as an anti-caking additive in the production of dried, powdered foods, nutritional supplements, and chewing gum.

Guar gum

Powdered guar gum consists of 75-86% water-soluble polysaccharides. Guar gum also contains 8-14% moisture, 5-6% protein and 2-3% fiber. guar gum dissolves well in water, is an indigestible compound for humans, and is therefore an important source of calorie-free fiber. By using it in food, the calorie content of the products can be reduced.

Taurine

Amidoethylsulfonic acid. Taurine's compound with cholic acid, taurocholic acid, is found in the bile of many animals (especially oxen).

It can be prepared artificially from chlorethylsulfonic acid by heating it with ammonium hydroxide. T. crystallizes in large monoclinic prisms; insoluble in alcohol, but very easily soluble in hot water; its chemical effect is neutral. Taurine. it shows the properties of both bases and acids, as it also contains the amido (NH2) and sulfonic acid (SO3H) groups. Under the influence of methyl iodide and potassium hydroxide, taurobetain is formed from it.

Caffeine

A plant alkaloid with a stimulating effect on the central nervous system; coffee, tea, cola, ... etc. active ingredient.
